Dosquebradas Deposit: Introduction
Dosquebradas is located within Seafield´s Quinchía Project and is 3 km to the NE of the Company´s Miraflores Deposit.
Seafield´s Dosquebradas is the northern portion of a deposit that has been divided by the Company´s property boundary. The southern portion of the deposit is situated on Batero Gold Corp´s concession. To date, mineralization at Seafield´s portion of the Dosquebradas Deposit covers an area of 400 metres by 300 metres and to a depth of about 600 metres.
The Company´s Dosquebradas Deposit contains a NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate of 920,772 ounces of gold grading 0.5 g/t gold and 0.04% copper (contained in 57,790,000 tonnes at a cutoff grade of 0.3 g/t gold) (see the Company´s press release dated December 13, 2011).
